Legal Counsel - 6 months contract

Our client is a reputable regional securities firm, who is looking for a 6 months contract Legal Counsel to join the team and provide day to day legal support to the business

about the job.

• Draft and review various documents related to M&A, Equity, Fixed Income, DCM and/or general corporate work
• Conduct the legal research and review on relevant regulations
• Provide day to day legal advice to the management and internal business units
• Other ad hoc assignment from the Head of Legal

skills & experiences required.

• Qualified lawyer with relevant experience in law firms, in-house securities firms or investment banks
• Knowledge of M&A, Equity, Fixed Income, DCM and/or General Corporate work
• General legal advisory experience in corporate law, litigation, employment law, and financial and securities law
• Good commend of English and Chinese
